About the Managing Executive

Marti Copeland, LPC, CPCS helps organizational leaders reach their social, service, and workforce growth goals. She has over 30 years of experience implementing solutions for organizations within the healthcare, financial services, nonprofit, and government industries. She provides HR consultation, workforce development strategic advisory support, training, and executive coaching. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, received an executive training certification from Maxwell Leadership, and is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management and the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals.

The core ethos that has driven me is my desire for each person to feel seen and heard - whether they are an individual looking to grow within their career or an executive overseeing workforce organizational responsibilities. Each person has a powerful voice.

​​My experience includes Organizational Management, Employee Development, and Training, with a heavy emphasis on workforce development. Over the years, I have led staff in service excellence initiatives, executed HR policies and procedures, and developed plans for executives and community leaders to maintain and drive strong human capital and organizational relationships.​​

I have been recognized for my skills in training, employee motivation, and program implementation. I am most proud of my ability to utilize exceptional communication and human relations skills to meet the needs of individuals and organizational clients in various industries.
