She has over 30 years of experience implementing solutions for organizations within healthcare, financial services, nonprofits, and government industries. She provides HR consultation, workforce development strategic advisory support, training, and executive coaching. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, received an executive training certification from Maxwell Leadership, and is a member of the Society of Human Resources and the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals.​
